- How much does the course cost?
- The total cost is $15 for our entire course fee, plus any fee charged for the official exam, which is paid separately. There are no added sales taxes or hidden charges.
- When do I pay for the training?
- You may pay after. We offer a 100% “Try Before You Buy” experience. You can pay up front or take the entire course first and pay only when you are finished and ready to submit your completion.
- What is your refund policy?
- Because our “Try Before You Buy” policy lets you review the full course content before paying, completed transactions are generally final. However, if you believe a payment error occurred, please reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to look into it and assist you.
- Is this course approved by the State of California?
- Yes, Kristen Stoddard is fully approved by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC).
- Where can I find my course completion certificate after completing this course?
- As soon as you finish, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard to instantly view, save, or print your certificate.

- How long is my RBS certification valid?
- Your RBS certification is valid for 3 years from the date you pass the official state exam.
- Can I save my progress and finish later? Are there any deadlines?
- Yes. You can log out at any time and resume your training right where you left off from any device. Once you complete the course and we report it to the State, you have 30 days and up to 3 attempts to take and pass the official state exam with a score of 70% or higher.
